Buyer pays shipping.

Your order will typically ship out within 7 business days after it is received. We do not ship on most major holidays any more than 7 days is dependent upon the shippers, please keep that in mind when placing your order. More Details :

Records that are found in generic disco bags or inner sleeves are placed in new limited edition colour Aphrodite Recordings Vinyl Collection sleeves.
CD's are placed in new limited edition colour Aphrodite Recordings CD Collection sleeves if they fit.
All orders are posted in a record mailer, with cardboard stiffener, customs notice when required and sealed with fragile tape.

All labels on vinyls, and CD covers have been signed by artist DJ Aphrodite.

** Covid-19 Update **
Please be advised that significant delays may be experienced during the current global pandemic.
We communicate as to when your order has been posted out to you, in which is normally on the same day as posting.
Unfortunately once your order is with Royal Mail, we have no clear knowledge as to how long your parcel will take to arrive, especially if there is a third party involvement with International destinations.

For peace of mind, and should your order be of high value, we suggest you consider having your order sent as 'Tracked & Signed'

** Royal Mail Changes **
Royal Mail have had their prices and world zones changed as of July 2020.

Due to the 'Brexit' decision, there are now separate zones and prices for the UK and for Europe.

World Zone 1 - generally covers countries in North America (excluding the USA), South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia.
World Zone 2 - covers territories with the likes of Australia, through to the Christmas Islands, Fiji, Singapore, PNG and New Zealand.
World zone 3 - covers only the USA.

Our guideline postage prices for 2020-2021 are as follows.

£3.70-£4.70 for one item to the UK Standard 1st Class, £1 for each additional item.
£4.70-£5.70 for one item to the UK Signed, £1 for each additional Signed item.

£7.00-£9.00 for one item to Europe Standard, £1 for each additional item.
£12.00-£14.00 for one item to Europe Tracked & Signed, £1 for each additional T&S item.

£11.00-£14.00 for one item to the Americas including Canada (World Zone 1) Standard, £1.00 for each additional item.
£16.00-£19.00 for one item to the Americas including Canada (world Zone 1) Tracked & Signed, £1.00 for each additional T&S item.

£13.00-£16.00 for one item to Australia, New Zealand and Singapore (World Zone 2) Standard, £1.00 for each additional item.
£18.00-£22.00 for one item to Australia, New Zealand and Singapore (World Zone 2) Tracked & Signed, £1.00 for each additional T&S item.

£15.00-£18.00 for one item to the USA (World Zone 3) Standard, £1.75 for each additional item.
£20.00-£25 for one item to the USA (World Zone 3) Tracked & Signed, £1.75 for each additional T&S item.

£1.65-£2.65 for one item to the UK Standard 1st Class, £1 for each additional item.
£2.95-£3.95 for one item to the UK Signed, £1 for each additional Signed item.

£4.25-£5.25 for one item to Europe Standard, £1 for each additional item.
£9.25-£11.25 for one item to Europe Tracked & Signed, £1 for each additional T&S item.

£5.60-£6.60 for one item to the Americas including Canada (World Zone 1) Standard, £1.00 for each additional item.
£10.60-£12.60 for one item to the Americas including Canada (world Zone 1) Tracked & Signed, £1.00 for each additional T&S item.

£6.65-£6.65 for one item to Australia, New Zealand and Singapore (World Zone 2) Standard, £1.00 for each additional item.

Shipping/ Postage prices are worked out fairly based upon average price information from the Royal Mail UK and to what Discogs allow in their shipping calculations.
Vinyl Shipping/ Postage charges use standard delivery (International Standard previously known as Airmail) for small parcels weighing up to and including 500g for one item and a rate of £5.00 has been added for requested Tracked & Signed items worldwide.
CD Postage charges are based on large letters weighing up to and including 250g for one item. A rate of £5.00 has also been added for requested Tracked & Signed items worldwide.

Please note, an automatic "Non-Paying Buyer" cancellation will occur for all new orders if payment is not received within 4 days after invoice is sent.

Return Policy

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorisation. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers that have been incurred during postage.
Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.
